Shipping policy

Delivery Costs:

Deliveries within United Kingdom are completely free on orders over £150. We also offer international deliveries, but that will be calculated at checkout and handled by a courier that offers the best prices.

Shipping Times:

Shipping within United Kingdom  will take 3-7 business days, noting that if your product needs to be created for you on demand, it usually takes around 7-15 business days before it is sent via our courier/ Royal mail. If you are unsure, please contact us before making an order and we will provide the estimated lead time before we can deliver your product. If you are ordering outside United Kingdom, our international shipping takes around 5-10 business days. 

Limitations:

We do not charge extra for large orders (regardless of the total weight or package size) within United Kingdom, but please note that these variables are factored into international deliveries and will be calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Once items have been dispatched we are unable to redirect  your orders.

All orders may require a signature upon receipt.

 You will be provided with delivery notification and a tracking number, if you provide an email address.
